Dr. Gilbertson has been practicing orthodontics in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1984. Earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at San Diego State University and attending Northwestern University Dental School, from which he graduated with honors as a member of the Omicron Kappa Epsilon dental society and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, then receiving specialty training at the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduating with a Certificate in Orthodontics, Dr. Gilbertson is highly qualified. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Dental Society.
Dr. LeCornu became an orthodontist so she could give others the confidence that she received from her own orthodontic treatment as a teen. She went to the University of Denver and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry while minoring in Psychology, then to Harvard School of Dentistry for her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree before finally attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she completed a three-year orthodontic residency and graduated with her Master’s in Orthodontics; so Dr. LeCornu is also highly qualified. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Dental Society.
Technology in the industry is constantly evolving and they strive to always provide patients with the best and most advanced techniques available. Patients are offered a wide range of treatments including traditional braces, incognito-hidden braces, Invisalign, two-phased treatments, and surgical orthodontics.
