Since 1980 owner Randal G Winter has operated the construction activities of the company. Mr. Winter was raised in San Fernando Valley, he also served two and a half years in the U.S Army. He left with two medals one being a Bronze Star for meritorious achievement. He also graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1976. He then began working for different contractors as a expediter, coordinator, scheduler, estimator and superintendent after his graduation. Growing knowledge in this field he, obtained experience and learned to run a outstanding organization. Holding a license in General Building Concrete, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Plumbing, and Landscaping. He also obtained a certificate in Code Council as a Building Inspector and as a Plans Examiner, and he also has a certificate by the EPA for Lead. To make sure they have the best customer satisfaction the company has a Secret Process to keep the customers happy. First, they review the kitchen and appliance area. Second, they review and specify new plumbing fixtures and functions. Third, review and select kitchen lighting for your new custom kitchen. Fourth, they do an overview of the tile, counters and splash choices for the new custom kitchen. And lastly review cabinets and trim styles for the new custom kitchen as well as doors and drawer styles, hardware and finishes. Making sure everything is done with the best attention to detail.
